This is an in-depth, science-backed & comprehensive program for natural conception, IUI & IVF. Be guided through each phase of your cycle, optimizing your hormones for conception, supporting ovulation and implantation, regulating your nervous system & easing anxiety as you're trying to conceive. Includes access to 100s of on-demand fertility classes, weekly live classes, ongoing access to our fertility nurse + fertility nutritionist, energy sessions, mindset coaching & so much more.
Personalised Fertility Yoga Coaching Package
An in-depth and fully personalised way to begin your Fertility Yoga journey. We begin with a detailed discussion around your fertility history and go through any treatments you've had or have planned. You'll then be guided through 3 x 75 minute private sessions incorporating specific yoga, meditation + breathwork practices for your exact fertility concerns. You'll also be given a fully personalised program moving forward to include both your yoga practices and any other exercise you'd like to include on your journey. This package also includes 3 x months access to the In Your Element Fertility Yoga Program.
Prenatal & Postnatal
Prenatal Yoga + Prenatal Pilates
Includes 2 x complete prenatal courses. Week-by-week programs will guide you through pregnancy & birth prep. Maintain core + pelvic floor function & connect with your body & baby. Including meditations & mindset work to prepare for delivery.
Postnatal Recovery Online Course
Your complete birth recovery & Core Reconnection Program. Feel stronger, relieve pain & discomfort, heal your diastasis & nourish yourself in the post-partum period. Includes C- section recovery program.
